Scope of application
The following information on the right of withdrawal applies to orders placed via the Blütengold online shop by customers residing in a Member State of the European Union (excluding Germany).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You bear the costs of the return yourself.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,
• that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery
• that are opened, used or no longer in their original packaging
This applies in particular to opened or unsealed CBD products.
